« Room was okay, not very big, but with an okay shower and toilet. Good AC, tnough noisy. Hotel is rrather isolated and rooms are not in a protected/gated zone, which can be hazardous. A drunk man knocked aggresively on my door at 1:30 in he morning....not a nice experience.. but I guess I was just unlucky...this was not the tenants' fault... Complimentary breakfast was good and abundant although coffee was..instant Folger( arkkk!!!!) . Location is great, just need to cross the road to hit the...

« The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. « My experience was really awful. My toilet wasn't working the entire time (3nights) even if I informed the front desk. I didn't sleep for 2 nights as there was a party that was going on until +9:30am Staff also wasn't too friendly as I asked to advise the people to turn down their music on the 3rd night she had an attitude and still went but I wouldn't recommend the place. Breakfast also not good at all and very small portions. I contacted the manager to get compensated and they brushed off...

« I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again. »

« Gros plus nous sommes arrivées très tôt le matin mais nous avons tout de même pu intégrer notre chambre tout de suite sans attendre l' heure du check in. Notre chambre était très spacieuse, bien située au RDC face à la piscine. Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment sympathique mais pas d'une grande aide concernant le tourisme sur l'île, il y a heureusement une agence dans l'hôtel nommée Island experiences je vous conseille vivement de passer par eux pour visiter l'île, ils sont vraiment...
