Welcome to your Desert Oasis! Enjoy a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor living area. This family oriented, pet friendly residence sleeps 6 guests comfortably. This allows you to keep the whole family close by in your home away from home. Centrally located, this residence is near Highway 70 and Interstates 10 and 25 providing easy access to NMSU, White Sands, Old Mesilla, Spaceport America, and more! Fully stocked kitchen, many extras including games, books, and more.

To prevent injury, absolutely no diving is allowed in our pool. Guests with conditions not safe for water activities, do not use the pool or hot tub.
Quiet hours, 10: 00 pm - 8:00 am are strictly enforced. We live in a residential neighborhood and being respectful to those around us is a priority.
No parties or large gatherings of any kind. 3 cars max at any given time.

My family had a lovely time staying here. It was cozy and beautifully decorated in southwestern style with thoughtful touches everywhere and packed with any household item one might need during their stay. The pool and hot tub were such nice yard bonuses too! The movie room with the fireplace was perfect for movie time too!

Everything we needed was there along with many of the supplies or kitchen necessities Im usually running straight to the store for. Comfortable beds, linens, and towels.Great Christmas decorations made us feel at home over the Holidays.Easy stay with great communication. Id definitely return to stay again.

We stayed for 7 days here and it was amazing! Lisa was very accommodating and always responded quickly to messages. The house was cozy and welcoming for us and our kiddos. The pool was a huge plus and there was plenty of towels, linens, toiletries, and supplies. There was also snacks and a variety of coffee and tea with a Keurig machine with sugars and creamers! The kids cave was great for the kiddos as well. Everything was so easy!Lisa is a gracious host and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be coming back next year! Thank you so much!!!

Great location, fun little pool!

We had a great stay here! The outdoor space by the pool was a great place to hang out, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, and we had plenty of room for two couples and two kids. Host was great and very helpful when we needed it! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! The kids had a blast swimming and we enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the hot tub! Lisa is an amazing host! Above and beyond! From snacks, and everything we could need incase we forgot anything. My youngest was like mom, I wonder if the home will have dog man books... I said no, we check in and squeals of delight when she found a bunch of Dog Man books! We can't wait to come back

BEAUTIFUL

Oh, we absolutely loved our stay. The host was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. She even made sure our daughter had a life jacket to use during our stay! I can’t say enough positive things; clean, beautiful, a variety of snacks, warm pool even on cooler windy days. A bedroom and plenty of space (and then some) for our family of 4. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for having us!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our host was very responsive prior to the stay as I had a million questions since this was our first time at a VRBO. The location was spot on and we enjoyed using the pool and other amenities when we came home from exploring. It's very spacious inside as well. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your home with our two nine pound dogs. It was their first vacation and your yard is secure. Inside of home was very clean and many snacks and toiletries were available. We didn’t need the toiletries but you’ve made your home very welcoming. One suggestion is to thoroughly clean the rugs in backyard. We didn’t use the hot tub with the hot weather but enjoyed your pool. Thanks!

Above and beyond!!!

From the beginning, communication with the host was first class. She was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The property itself is too cute for words. Pictures don't do it justice. Everything has been thought of down to the tiniest detail, which is incredibly helpful especially when traveling with children. Rent this property! You won't regret it! We will be back for sure and will hope to rent here again.
