As a health IT and writer, privacy and safety are my main concerns, and you get both with the "Shay" properties. This location is very convenient for shopping and outdoor activities. « This worked well for me. The studio is attached to the owner's residence. You can arrange use of the laundry in the owner's portion of the property. You can use the owner's kitchen, since the studio has a microwave, but not a full stove/oven. Imelda is very friendly and outgoing, so just knock on the door and ask about laundry or kitchen access. « Location is fantastic. Elderly or disabled would be different due to stairs and entry doorways. It is like having a personal apartment to come back to. Plenty of room to relax and so close to shops and dining/coffee. Would stay again! »
