« We enjoyed our stay! Discovered we had lots to learn about how things work in the UK, and Raymond was great to respond to every question. We were a 3-generation family group of 7. The stairs were a bit challenging for me (the matriarch, with balance problems), and having 1 bathroom worked for the short stay that we had but might be challenging for a longer stay with this many guests. Hospitality was great! Raymond & Brenda had a welcome sign with all our family names on it; took a picture of it....

« My boyfriend booked this stay for my surprise birthday getaway and it was beautiful. We loved the cultural and historical significance of the cottage and the decor was stunning. We loved the hot tub out the back, it was private and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and the parking was so handy. We ordered an Indian Takeout and it didn't take long to arrive at all. We hadn't even finished our stay and were already talking about coming back. Its such a perfect getaway to be in nature. »

There were individual jams, butter, fresh bread, cereal, coffee, tea etc. The upstairs loft is spacious with a lovely garden and another little pink cottage that has a living room where you have a fabulous view of the water. « We really enjoy the long summer nights and beautiful views. The kitchen was excellent. Fully stocked and had more than we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was clean.
