Welcome to our spacious and family-friendly apartment in Larnaca! With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 5 guests, our comfortable 80 m² accommodation is perfect for your stay. Enjoy modern amenities such as a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, and air conditioning, along with a spacious balcony to relax on. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking.
The fully air-conditioned apartment is cosy, guest friendly, highly operational, and can easily accommodate up to 5 adults. It features a private balcony.
As you step inside the apartment, you will find an open living space that features a comfortable sofa bed , a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed where you can find comfortable mattress that guarantee a comfortable sleep. Also it has its own a/c, a desk and offers storage wardrobe where you can store all your belongings.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a/c ans a wardrobe.

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
