The space
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a secure building right in the heart of Larnaca City Centre. The building has an elevator which takes your directly outside the front door. On entering the apartment there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to your right. Both bedrooms have A/C units and have king size beds.
The kitchen and living room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, oven and stovetop. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also available for your use. The living has a sofa, armchair and TV with Netflix and is tastefully decorated. There is a vast outdoor balcony with an outdoor dining table which overlooks the City and beach views of the Marina and Finikoudes promenade. Everything is in close proximity, from a mini market to restaurants, cafés and historical areas of interest. The main bus stop is situated across the main road of the apartment building and is approximately a 5 minute. There is also a luggage storage facility located in the centre which is useful for storing your luggage before check in or after check out (Stow Your Bags).
