« I booked this for myself and it was a very confusing checkin process. I got in at dark and the instructions did not match where to park and the house was totally dark. I had to knock on the front door and she was lovely but there should be better lighting for people walking down the dark path at night. The room was cold and took ages to warm up. It is also connected to another suite and the bathroom at first felt like it may be shared with other people down there? But it wasn’t. You just have to...

« Upon arrival, we didnt know which gate or door to use so we had to look around to find it. After finding the correct door we couldn't figure out how to get the lock to work as the screen needs to be cleared before you enter the code. Pull the door towards you first as its not lined up properly. The daughter? Came and showed us how to use the door lock. This is a basement suite and I was under the impression that it was its own unit. So be aware of that. You can hear everything. There is also no...

« it was clean and well laid out. »

« Was a great stay i will rebook it everytime I am there and Craig was great »

« Our stay was very disappointing. The online check‑in was convenient, but the room itself had a strong smell of old cigarette smoke. We also noticed small burn marks on the nightstands and other surfaces. Sleeping was extremely difficult due to the noise. We could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms as well as traffic from the road right beside the building. The cleanliness was also below expectations: there were hairs on the bed, and the pillows had visible holes. Based on our...

« Everything was excellent! Very cozy little cabin with a large hot tub! Lots of extras to make this easy - tea and coffee, salt and pepper, hot plate, and a medium sized fridge with a freezer, which was nice! Bree was very responsive to my inquiries as well. We would definitely stay again 10/10. »
