« Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). « The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

« At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. Finally get a message stating since this is a costal area the door sticks, so to rock the door while the code is making noise... husband tried 4 times before the broken lock...

« This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. »

"Hôtel très bien situé, sur la plage. Chambre très correcte et au goût du jour. Valet parking très efficace et personnel très agréables. Les commodités éteint très très bien. Les petits déjeunés étaient mieux le week-end (repas chaud) par contre la sem, très moyen comme petit déjeuné. (Limite décevant). Overall, je le recommande sans aucun doute et j’y retournerais sans problème."
