Single story ranch style unit with primary bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom with separate walk in closet.
2nd. bedroom is very close to the guest bathroom for easy access. It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and small dining area, along with plenty of closet space.
The house sets on the East side of Waverly Rd. and offers great sunset views from the living room as well as the 2nd bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have direct river access, however there is a nice public boat launch just 3 minutes away. Grand River offers great kayaking and boating experiences with plenty of scenic views of nature and wildlife.
Guests have full access of the entire unit, which is approximately 1050 sq ft., along with the North side yard. Guests also have two parking spaces in the driveway, and street parking is available.
One of us is usually around, since we live on the south end of the property. We may cross paths in the driveway from time to time, but otherwise, we give our guests complete privacy.

There are queen beds in each of the two bedrooms, 1 Luxe queen pillowtop mattress in the pull-out couch, and 1 deluxe queen blow up mattress (with built in pump) in the living room closet, so 2 additional guests may be accommodated if needed, for a total of 8.
