« chambre spacieuse , cuisine équipée, personnel accueillant »

« The front staff, it was a gentleman who checked us in. Very, very professional, respectful, attentive and kind. Room was spotless, breakfast was plentiful and well prepared and parking was easy. Highly rate this Holiday Inn Express location. »

« Rooms were clean and comfortable; the bathroom was HUGE, so our family of 4 really appreciated it. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was actually really good! Would definitely recommend! The only downside is that our room was on the side of the train track and could be heard all thru the night. Otherwise, it was a good stay. »

« We stayed on the lowest level room, and the bathroom was moldy in the shower. Everything else seemed clean. I’m glad we only stayed one night. The rest of the property seemed clean and nice so I was disappointed. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. The staff and everything else seemed fine. »

« Hotel très accessible, à proximité de Seattle. Idéal pour le calme. »

« J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son niveau de confort et sa proximité avec mon lieu de travail. Excellent accueil, personnel très à l'écoute et à vos petits soins. Chambre très spacieuse literie de qualité mais aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. »

« We have stayed here twice so far and each time the hosts have been friendly and accommodating, the breakfasts are outstanding. The beds are comfortable, the grounds are beautiful! Would highly recommend! »

« hotel très satisfaisant et propre. Seul bémol le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas très varié pour un européen français. »

« On a passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel assez récent et bien équipé. Grande chambre et piscine extérieure de bonne taille. Pratique pour visiter les usines BOEING et à seulement 40 minutes de Seattle. »

« L'accueil top ! »

« Owner/Manager refused to refund me a $50 deposit because the room smelled bad and pillow case was removed from the pillow, which she said was "stained & damaged". Which is considered as the room being "trashed" according to their policy. Owner enterupted me during the phone call several times and was rude. I was given a wrong room with a single bad when I arrived, and had to ask for a 2 bed like I booked online. Poor room service, poor costumer service, and rude owners. During my 2 night stay,...

« Couldn't lock the room from the inside. Didn't feel safe there. Bathroom was extremely small. Reserved a king got 2 queens. »
