BC‑licensed and fully renovated in 2025, our garden suite offers a peaceful and modern retreat just 15 minutes from Abbotsford Airport and 10 minutes from the US/Lynden border. Nestled in a quiet cul‑de‑sac, this bright and comfortable space is ideal for families, business travellers and anyone seeking a relaxing stay.

The suite features a clean, home‑like atmosphere with tasteful décor, a fully equipped private kitchen, in‑suite laundry, and free secure Wi‑Fi. Located in a serene and friendly neighbourhood, you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience during your stay.

The Space
Our suite is pet‑free, making it an excellent choice for guests with allergies. We kindly ask that you do not request to bring pets, as members of our household have allergies and asthma, and exposure to animals can seriously affect their health.

We’re situated in a newer Langley neighbourhood close to bus routes, restaurants, and shops. You’ll have easy access to Langley City, Surrey, and Vancouver, and you’re just a short drive from both Abbotsford and Vancouver airports. Fort Langley, with its charming village atmosphere, trails, cafés, and historic sites, is only moments away.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The suite is not easy to access by wheelchair due to steps on the property and narrow doors within the suite.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire suite 800sq.ft plus the outdoor patio in front of the suite. The suite is dedicated to our guests; there are no shared spaces.

PLEASE NOTE: Identification will be required for all guests staying in our suite. This is mandatory.
