Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The Perfect Setup

We gathered for a reunion of cousins. 4 couples visiting a relative on the island. The bedrooms were great for each of us. The kitchen was set up perfectly for our large group and the awesome meals we made at 'home' for the family. We enjoyed the views in the evening and picking berries. Thank you for a beautiful, clean home in a perfect setting to spend time with family.

Whidbey offers many beautiful hikes, and great places to swim and bike. This property is beautiful both inside and out (lovely view of the Olympic Mountains and Useless Bay) and a herd of cows to keep you company.

Fantastic Island Getaway

We loved our stay at this property. I booked this house for a birthday getaway for my husband, and hosted a group of friends and family. The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. The kitchen is big with double sinks, 2 stovetops and 2 dishwashers - paired with the large farmhouse dining table it was an ideal setting for some lovely group meals. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - the deck overlooks useless bay and is a great place to watch sunset. The house also had lots of camping chairs and a firepit- which is a great place to sit and talk after dark. The location was ideal for us - 10 minute drive from the Clinton ferry terminal, 10 minute drive from Langley and just 2-3 minutes from a large grocery store. At the end of a long wooded driveway, the house itself feel very removed from any hustle and bustle, even though it’s so close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was fairly clean. Had to ask for new shower curtains. To be fair. We would rate this house 3.5-4 stars. We have been in a lot of rental homes and the ones that get 5 stars definitely think about all the little details. We had to call the office for several issues. They responded quickly and resolved all issues. We appreciated that. The house was close to everything. Should not have needed to ask for an iron, blow dryer , dish detergent and garbage bags though. And we also needed to ask for hooks in the bathroom. The booking is asking for five stars. Five stars definitely doesn’t require that many issues to be resolved. View is beautiful.

Lovely farmhouse!

This house is gorgeous and well maintained. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is plenty of room to eat and lounge as a group throughout the house. The kitchen has the minimums, but might want to consider bringing things like a blender/larger cutting boards. Also, we either couldn't find it or the the kitchen didn't have a microwave - something to keep in mind when bringing food to prepare. Otherwise, we had a great time, would return again!

Great House!

We enjoyed our stay there. Double kitchen were perfect for our group. Nice decor and layout of the house. There were 3 queen beds, 3 twin bed, 1 pull away twin bed, and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. One thing that I would add is that the floor could be cleaner as they were still some dust on the floor when we came in. But other than that it was pretty clean elsewhere.

Fantastic stay, and working with the property managers was easy. Google maps was a bit misleading, and it took a but before we understood the place was across the street. Although, these directions were in the rental packet... so it would help if I had read through all of that and not just the house rules...

Christmas at Bayview

The house was wonderful - spotless and just like the photos. No surprises. It is also in a fabulous location with everything you need right on the doorstep. The only thing I would say is that there are only two bathrooms, and one is a small en-suite, which isn't a lot if you have a lot of people staying in the house. (We did know this before however - but just to say it is cosy so better for family/close friends!) It worked brilliantly for Christmas, but I'm imagining it would be a lovely place to stay in the summer too.

Property was clean and beautiful. We had 11 heads we needed to sleep (one baby, 3 kids, 7 adults). I would NOT have booked this house if I knew that it actually wasn't going to sleep the amount of people it claimed to be able to sleep. There are 2 queens, 3 twins, a pull-out couch, and a crib. There looked to be an extra twin mattress underneath one of the queens. Maybe that can be considered a 4th twin bed?? Even if so, that only sleeps 10. I don't know how they consider it to sleep 12. People sleeping on couches??? The pull-out couch is awful. It's absolutely broken and might be THE worst bed I've ever had to sleep on. We splurged at $560/night for this house. Unfortunately, the other great things about this property were diminished due to the disappointing sleeping arrangements. If you only have 7 or less (not including one baby who can use the crib) in your party, this is the perfect house.
