Magnifique Escapade Log Nichée à Cove Hollow

Cette luxueuse cabane en rondins est nichée sur une colline où vous passerez des heures à profiter de la nature qui vous entoure. Cette maison en rondins comprend 4 chambres spacieuses et 3 salles de bain complètes. Le salon dispose d'un magnifique plan d'étage ouvert avec un plafond voûté et une vue de type loft de la maîtresse douce. La grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon dispose d'un service de télévision par câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et d'une xbox. Profitez du luxe de cette cuisine bien équipée. Parfait pour cuisiner les connaisseurs pendant votre séjour. Profitez des deux zones de jeu au niveau inférieur avec une table de baby-foot et une table de billard. Dans la salle de billard / air hockey table, vous trouverez une grande télévision à écran plat pour votre plaisir avec une vidéothèque. Il y a une magnifique kitchenette pour plus d'espace. Trois niveaux de terrasses enveloppées complimentent cette maison et offrent une faune abondante à regarder pour votre divertissement. The property was beautiful, quiet. I didn't know there would be dead animals on the walls. Although I might have missed them when I looked at the pictures of the home. Cup in the bathroom was full of dead bugs. Neither the ice or the filtered water work. Since we were for a short time we decided not to call maintenance. House had a lot of ants, but ants can be invasive.

Property was really dirty. Doors were broken, moldy pillows, a lot of oversights I’ll not mention. For the price you’d think they’d try a little more.

Very Dirty

I was completely surprised how dirty this unit was. I had to wash everything we used before using it. There was blood on the bathroom wall. The rug was filthy without a working vacuum. We had to hang it over the railing a beat it to remove some of the debris. All the hair stayed on and was a lost cause. The shower faucets did not work correctly. Sheets were stained. The door wouldn't latch. There was much crude under the sofas. We had to fix the dishwasher twice to be able to use it. The refrigerator drawers were broken so we had to use an ice chest some of our food. There wasn't a broom to be able to keep things swept. We actually bought one to use. We had littles ones thats that we needed to keep things clean. The hot pads that were provided were filthy. There is more but I think you get the idea. I am shocked that we were charged a cleaning fee the way that we found it.

Fabulous House

Everything was perfect until the last day when the gate for entrance/exiting was broken. And no maintenance person could be found !! Dragging our luggage and groceries out of the area, up a steep incline is NOT fun!!! Poor, poor planning on the part of the HOA.

Great vacay!

We loved the cabin! Location was great. Lots of space and so close to Center Hill Lake. We rented a pontoon boat and Center Hill Marina was so close! Thanks for the memories!

Family vacation

Since the weekend was with our kids it was great however there were somethings that were disappointing . The dishwasher had mold in it even after running a cycle so we had to hand wash the whole weekend. The stove was very nasty and the downstairs kitchenette had not been cleaned.There were towels from the previous stay on back of bedroom doors, also the grill could have been in better shape. I will not book this property again.

Great Get Away

The cabin was lovely. The three levels provided plenty of room for my family of 9. My only recommendation is that the owner should stay there for a few days. Little things need to be repaired and kitchen ware could stand to be updated.

Worst experience EVER ‼️

The trip started off great but power kept going out!!! Christmas Day it didn’t come back on and called VRBO and the manger of the property!!! VRBO hung up on me 3 times and never heard from the property manager at all After 7 hours I finally got a company to come out and fix the power!!!! They didn’t care and still haven’t even called to check on us. The house cleaner is horrible as the house had dog hair all over the place and couch.Sticky stuff On the couch.i can’t believe we had to clean up so much to even enjoy our stay!!!! Definitely a horrible first experience with VRBO‼️

Very relaxing. You will get your exercise though. Lots of steps. The cabin is just beautiful and well decorated. Only complaint is that the water in the kitchenette sink did not work.

Lake weekend

House was great except there were several area that were in need of repair. The steps leading from main level down has broken steps and rotten wood making it very dangerous. The house seemed to have been upgraded but lower level shower did not work, and upstairs commode was leaking. Lovely old home in need of some TLC.

Plenty of room, nice furnishings, great location in relation to the marinas. However too many steps to bedrooms, bed downstairs in game room squeaks with every move and TV in main floor BR doesn’t work. Remote on main LR TV won’t lower volume. Had to use remote from upstairs along with the one with that TV.

Great stay but disappointed with no hot tub

We had a good stay and the house was perfect for our family! We had 4 adults, 4 kids and our dogs and there was plenty of room for us all! The different spaces in the house gave us all plenty of room to spread out when we wanted to but also come together when we wanted to hang out. We booked this house specifically because it was pet friendly and listed a hot tub as one of the amenities. When we arrived we noticed the hot tub was empty and when we inquired about it we were told it was broken and not available for use. I wish we had been notified of this before we arrived. This house has many exterior stairs leading down to the yard where we took out our dogs but very few of the outdoor lights worked making getting down three flights of stairs very treacherous in the dark. We inquired about this as well and were told someone would be coming to fix this but no one ever came. Overall it was a good stay but we left disappointed that it wasn’t quite as described.

Very nice place for a getaway. Great sights to see around the property location. The grill was out of propane but was resolved very quickly. The mattresses could use some updating but overall a great experience.

Beautiful cabin and location, property eh...

The cabin itself was great. There was plenty of room and plenty of things to do when you weren't seeing the sites. We loved the hot tub, but we couldn't get all of the jets to work. And, the fire pit was nice, make sure to bring wood and a lighter / matches. The location was beautiful! It was awesome to be able to see the trees start budding and blossoming. We even saw a family of 4 deer pass just down the lane from us. Now, with the property it was a little difficult having a dog with us. It was nice to have a kennel available, but the property made it hard to take the dog out. On the upper level there was very little potty ground. To take the dog out we would have to go down to the main level, down 2 flights of stairs. Also, there was unsightly rip rap laying on the edge of the cleared yard and woods. All in all this place was very peaceful and relaxing!

Beautiful house and location- needs some attention

We enjoyed our stay, but we were also disappointed with the condition of the house. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and ample space to play. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck and watching the birds. The hot tub, foose ball table, pool table and fire pit were a big hit. Unfortunately the board games were missing so many pieces that several were not playable. The hot tub was cold when we arrived and we couldn’t use it until the second day. The fire pit area was littered with cigarette butts. As our children were playing outside they came across multiple empty beer cans, beer bottles and even a broken wine glass. We also found broken glass in the garbage disposal in the kitchen. We had multiple issues with the barbecue. The barbecue had been put together backwards so that the drip pan does not slide in properly and collect all the drips. The knobs on the barbecue have stripped so that they do not correctly control the flame and the grill igniter did not work. A lighter was not provided at the house but luckily our daughter found one in the mud by the fire pit so we could get the girl started. We were only left with enough gas for two grilling sessions on a three night stay. Management offered to deliver a new propane tank. We were appreciative for the offer to fix it within an hour but we were ready to eat so we opted to cook on the stove inside. Some of the decking is broken or rotten and requires maintenance to make it safe. The bathtub on the first floor requires maintenance as the faucet for the tub spins and spins and you have to turn it just right to shut the water off. We notified management who appreciated the feedback and said they would take care of it.
