Welcome to The Millstream Cottage, our newly built Creekside pool house with exclusive access to our private family pool for the duration of your stay! Pool is open May - October. Enjoy this beautiful home away from home only one mile from Dutch Wonderland, Tanger Outlets, local entertainment, downtown Lancaster. Experience the tranquility of being surrounded by nature yet having all your activities close by!

We are pleased to have built a beautiful space for you to enjoy in the heart of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania! As a Superhost on other lodging sites, we bring you professional and thoughtful care during your stay! The Millstream Cottage is the perfect blend of country and city living.

Please make yourself at home with walks along the Mill Creek, morning coffee in the gazebo, and a glass of wine to end the day on your own private patio, or around your own secluded firepit. Enjoy full and private access to the private swimming pool which is directly connected to the cottage.

Please note that we have a one year old, very kind, and friendly German Shepherd named Ally. She will be outside some of the time. She has an invisible fence, which will keep her from coming near the cottage.

Our home is located along a beautiful, winding stream called the Mill Creek. You will have access to your own private patio, a large gazebo on top of the hill, and over one acre of property to explore and enjoy.

We live on the same property as The Millstream Cottage and look forward to serving you in any way we can. Please let us know if you're celebrating a special occasion and we'll do our best to make it even more meaningful!

The owners have done a wonderful job of creating a lovely oasis with quick access to all that Lancaster and the surrounding area has to offer. Well appointed and designed for relaxation; we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again.

The cottage is so warm and cozy! The fireplace, and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.the hosts were very prompt with responses to questions, even though they were out of the country. Such dedication. We had such a lovely stay, and everything was clean and so perfectly set up for a family with small children. We will definitely stay again!

What an absolutley lovely cottage. Very well appointed and so well decorated and fresh. The host has a real eye for decor and detail! Also, different than some other VRBOs we have stayed at, the kitchen utensils and equipment was of great quality.Just a great choice as a getaway or home base to explore the beautiful Amish countryside.

The cottage is absolutely adorable inside and out. The grounds and house are kept very nice and clean. No where in the listing does it mention the owners have an office above the cottage. The first night we stayed, we were woken up in the morning by loud footsteps three times. I would not have rented this house for 500/night if I knew there was an office upstairs. I was especially disappointed to be disturbed in the morning after welcoming the host’s kids to use the pool I paid my husband and me to use.

Beautiful space; it's clear how much the owners put into the design and layout they created, including the pool. Peaceful! And they were so quick to respond to my messages, coming to shock the pool for us and even sending me a screenshot of the shampoo/conditioner that I'd loved! The only thing I think is worth mentioning is that the upstairs room did get hot. We were there on hot days...but I needed to keep the AC on 65 to really cool the space up there. This meant there was a distinct temp difference between the two. Just an FYI for others!

Quiet Fall Retreat

My Daughter and I needed a fall getaway for some quiet time and this was perfect for a few days. It was very much like a small cottage. The second bedroom is on the 2nd floor and more geared for children but the first floor bedroom is very comfortable and both beds gave a great nights sleep. Beautiful kitchen and comfortable seating in the living room. We had a lovely time.

Perfect weekend getaway

Weekend escape

The cottage was perfect and centrally located. We had tickets to Sight and Sound, which was 10 minutes away from the cottage. The rest of the weekend we spent by the pool, enjoyed the fire pit and relaxed. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Perfect Lancaster vacation

Perfect place to stay to tour Lancaster County. Beautiful little cottage perfect for our family of four. Pool was amazing, the week was a heat wave and Janelle maintained the pool every day so that it was safe for the kids to swim. Location was in the middle of everything yet in a very quiet setting. Needless to say it was a relaxing week. Thanks again and the kids are already asking to go back next year.

Perfect Location and Cottage

We stayed at the cottage for a long weekend while visiting Lancaster and Hershey. The owners thought of everything. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. My girls loved swimming in the pool and swinging on the tree swing. Ally, the dog, was also a highlight! 10/10 would recommend!

Wonderful cottage with all the amenities!

Beautiful quaint property with many amenities and very close to downtown Lancaster and Tanger outlets while maintaining the authentic Amish charm. The hosts were super friendly. The family dog, Ellie, was super sweet and greeted us every day while playing outside. There is a lot to do that don't require screens, so it provided a nice break from the technology dominated lives we all live these days. Everything was ad advertised. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Cozy Cottage-Centrally Located

Our stay at the Millstream Cottage was lovely. Such a cozy and comfortable place to come back to after long days of shopping. The house was spotless and we loved getting to shop Millstream Home products in the attached studio. We're so happy to have found this rental and look forward to returning.
