« The property was very clean and private. It seemed like it was close to the road and neighbours as you drove in, but the layout and position of the house on the property, made it feel like you were in the middle of the forest all by yourself which for us was awesome. There was lots of outdoor activities nearby where we could enjoy the fall colours, views, and fresh air. The instruction manual was handy and helpful. The house felt warm and welcoming. « Online information false/misleading and the property is completely unsuitable for anyone with even minor mobility issues. I was booked for two nights but left after one and went to a motel. - notwithstanding what the website advertises, this cabin does NOT have a bathroom. A bathroom is available in the main house, 50 or so meters away. It is not separate from the host's living space (i.e. not private). « Very nice, private site with lots of forested area around. The tent is spaceous and cozy with comfortable, warm beds and all of the amenities. The kitchen gazebo was well stocked for dishes and cooking equipment, as well as minifridge, stove and bbq. Latchable cabinets for food storage as well. The site is very well maintained and clean. The nighttime lighting really creates a relaxing ambiance. Sibo and Gee are lovely hosts. 10/10 would recommend! »

« We had a wonderful week away from home in this bright, cozy and clean cabin supplied with everything we needed. A yellow canoe was available to explore the nooks and crannies along the shoreline of Big Rideau Lake and the resident critters - feathered, furry and aquatic A peaceful and fun stay.
