On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, while the bathroom houses a walk in shower and heated towel rail as well as a free-standing bathtub.
Please note originally a hayloft the bedroom has reduced headroom in places due to beams.
Outside, enjoy your large lawned enclosed garden with gas BBQ and outdoor seating ideal for a sunny afternoon. You’ll also have the use of the wood-fired hot tub, which is perfect for soaking in countryside views over the owner’s land and river. Just 15 minutes from Aberaeron, you’re perfectly placed for coastal adventures and countryside walks. The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a wonderful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interest, ideal for visitors looking to unwind or explore.
