Penty Barn provides the most amazing outdoor space . There’s something for every single age group to keep them entertained for hours.
- Huge luxury hot tub - measuring 3.8m in length with 10 seats including 2 loungers. Set under a wooden gazebo so can be used all year round whatever the weather.
- Outdoor heated swimming pool (28x14ft) set around a beautiful patio area with seating. The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from the beginning of April - October
The pool can be open and heated out of season (November - March) but it will be an extra cost and we will need prior notice, so please message.
- Outdoor BBQ / Kitchen and bar area. It’s under cover so can be used all year round. It’s a 5 ring gas BBQ, built in slate worktops either side and shelves on top. Seating all to one side and a bar area at the opposite end.
-Cabin Hut - Beautiful wooden hut where you can light a fire all year round and toast marshmallows etc. It's very spacious inside and has benches all the way round to seat people . It's the perfect place to spend wonderful moments with friends and family.
- Al-fresco dining in the summer months, there’s a large BBQ and seating area.
- Large fire pit with a seating area. Perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. It’s a lovely place to roast marshmallows with the children too.
- With over an acre of grounds, you can play a number of games - football, cricket, badminton etc.
- Outdoor table tennis table
There’s also a children’s play area which consists of:
inground trampoline,
swing and slide set,
nest swing and seesaw.

As regards to parking there’s ample amount of space, there’s 2 parking sections to comfortably accommodate plenty of vehicles.

Large games room and bar area. It's the most amazing space and there's something for everyone for all age groups. Features include - bar area with seating, professional dart board and lighting, Multi games table (Pool, Air hockey and table tennis), seating area with an L-Shaped sofa, 65inch tv, lighting, karaoke machine and a speaker system. There’s also a large flower wall so you can take photos with your friends and family.

- Living room
Large cosy living room with a wood burning stove for those cosy nights!
TV with SKY Q - sky package includes entertainment, movies, kids boxsets and Netflix.

-Sun room which is directly connected to the living to make into one huge room. Lots of seating and beautiful views of the grounds.

-Large Kitchen & Dinning Room -Beautiful shaker style kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials to cook up a storm with your family and friends. Complete with a range master range cooker, American fridge freezer with an ice and water dispenser, wine rack, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
Step up from the kitchen into the beautiful dining room with a large banqueting dining table to seat everyone. The perfect place to a enjoy a meal with everyone.

There's 8/9 bedrooms, all with tv's

- 1 Double bedroom, it right next to the downstairs bathroom

6 Upstairs which all feature lovely exposed original beams, with black out blinds to give you the ultimate sleeping experience.
First wing:
- 1 Large room with 6 single beds

- 1 double bed and 2 single beds

Second wing:
- 1 Master bedroom with a king size bed and a luxurious roll top bath
- 1 Double bedroom with a single bed

1 downstairs bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and a shower above the bath.

1 separate downstairs shower room opposite the bathroom.

The downstairs bedroom has its own separate en-suite - shower, toilet and sink.

Upstairs in the first wing there's a bathroom with a roll top bath, shower, toilet and sink

Upstairs in the second wing there's a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

In the master bedroom there's a luxurious roll top bath.
