« Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better . »

« Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...
