« Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better . »

« Booked a VIP room. Waited 1 hour for someone to come and check us in They tried to get us to take a cheaper room. Said problem with electric. When really they had turned a fuse off which I showed them Lack of things in room. No Cups. No toilet tissue. Dirty dressing gown left on bedroom. Overall terrible experience for an expensive room. »

« Stuff was incredible and friendly. On site breakfast was good. The property is on a steep incline, but if you are fit and not blowing up the BMI chart, you will be fine. Air is clean, weather is nice, and easy access to either local market or Mui ne tourism. »
