« I had problems with the hot water for 2 days until I got upgraded to the 3rd floor, where the rooms are well maintained and the plumbing works. This hotel need major renovations it’s a shade of what it used to be under private ownership. The people/ staff were lovely »

« Nothing »

« well located for visiting Rock Fort and Temple, but the rooms are very small. The bathroom is not very nice. You don't have hot water. If you stay more one night, the room is not cleaning every day. Nobody speaks English, is not easy. And no option for the breakfast. »

« Friendly and helpful people there »

« The apartment was clean and Bathrooms were clean too. It has parking and allowed my driver to use amenities at the hotel. »

« R »

« The rooms, bathroom and bedsheets were very clean. Very helpful staff. Good location. Highly recommend this property. »

« I booked 2 Rooms in one booking. When I come for check in, they said there is no booking found. Later they took few minutes to find my bookings. Then they said sorry. While i checked out the same problem they told only one room paid. Second payment not received. We showed our payment receipt. Then they took few minutes to check with their system they found full payment. We feel they are not in good knowledge. Unwanted waiting while check in and check out. »

« Room is clean and the room temperature was well maintained. Food at the restaurant was great. »
