« Prepaid for king room with breakfast 7/2-7/5. Arrive to room#213 and there is no remote control for tv. Asked at front desk and after they questioned me about tv brand, they found one. Shower pan very dingy and grey even after I cleaned it myself. Fridge was barely cool, never cold. In room keurig dod not work. Table chipped and headboard had multiple scratches, peeling. « I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...

« The photos online look nothing like the actual property, it is run down and honestly looks like something from a horror movie. We went with a different hotel after seeing the property. »

« The room was so incredibly dirty that we had to go get a room at a different hotel. I have photos of the absolute FILTH!! The room smelled to awful that we became nauseous. I e had to borrow money from a family member to pay for the second hotel room. There was absolutely NO WAY that we or anyone would have been able to stay in that room. »

« In my rush to be somewhere early, I left behind two items. I called and they found them. I was able to drop by and retrieve them. Thank you for being so kind to help. The room was clean and the Staff was great- from check in to check out and back for my found items. »

« Everything was great. The staff was very helpful and helped me and my family with our stay. The room was spacious, we enjoyed the pool and the laundry room. We used our kitchen to cook for our children and we enjoyed the proximity to the district and Sal and mookies. Clean room. Nice staff. Would book again. 10/10. »
