« Excellent location, great kitchen and bathrooms. A good place for a couple or small family to make a stay. Thanks for having us. »

« We loved our stay!! It was more than perfect for our family. Everything was better than expected. The host Karen was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Clayton »

« This property is all about the architecture and the property. This home is absolutely stunning. Great restaurants, waterfalls, and antique stores are all close by. We will be returning next year for sure! »

« Karen was great at communicating with us the entire time. She offered some great recommendations and provided smooth check in and check out. »

« Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...

« Another great stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very convenient to get in and out of. This was our second stay in this particular unit, and we’ve also stayed three times in another unit just two doors down. We’ve always had a great experience and will definitely be back! »

« The inside of the property was nice . Kitchen was fully functional. The outside of the property you couldn’t access due to risk of snakes. The grass was knee high , there were random dogs “big dogs “ from other properties that had to be recalled that roamed onto the property that potentially was a threat or risk of attack to my son and myself . This is an extremely remote location with no way to close the home from outside view except from curtains in the 2 rooms . I’ve stayed at a lot of remote...

« From the very beginning, Marc was a fantastic host. Long before my group arrived, he communicated with me at every turn. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the kitchen had adequate pots/pans and all the items that you would have in your own home (to include seasonings)! We will definitely rent again in the future. Marc - thanks for a great experience! »

« The small farmhouse was the perfect weekend getaway. Everything was perfect. Absolutely no suggestions, just utter bliss! »

« Pet friendly and clean. Easy stay. »

« Nice place to stay »
