The Space:

Morning light filters through the living space as you settle in with coffee at the kitchen island, while the soft sounds from the pool create a calm rhythm for the day. Evenings naturally gather everyone together - shared meals, a favorite show on TV, or quiet time out on the screened lanai as the Florida air stays comfortably warm year-round.



Living space

The open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it easy to move between cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. A dedicated workspace with Wifi offers a convenient setup for remote work or extended stays, while air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable throughout your visit. An indoor fireplace adds an extra layer of comfort when you’re unwinding indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed for both privacy and flexibility, the home sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom offers twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. With three full bathrooms, mornings and evenings remain easy and unhurried.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with a spacious layout and a large island that invites conversation while you cook. A dining table offers space to gather for meals, whether it’s a quick breakfast or a longer dinner shared together.

Step into the screened lanai where a private outdoor pool and hot tub invite you to relax at your own pace. The patio or balcony area offers a comfortable setting for enjoying fresh air, with the screened enclosure adding a sense of ease and privacy while you spend time outside.

A washer and dryer make longer stays simple, and free parking garage on premises adds everyday convenience. The home features a private entrance and a single level home layout with no stairs, allowing for easy access throughout. Safety features include exterior security cameras on property, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Host greets you on arrival, and long term stays allowed make it a practical option for extended visits.

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
