No Children Without Supervision
Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Children under 5 years old are not permitted in the hot tub.

Health & Medical Warning
Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any medical condition that may be affected by heat—unless approved by a physician.

Time & Temperature Limits
• Maximum recommended temperature: 104°F (40°C)
• Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time
• Exit immediately if feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or unwell

No Alcohol or Drugs
Alcohol or drug use before or during hot tub use is strongly discouraged due to increased risk of injury or drowning.

Shower Before Use
Please shower before entering to keep the water clean and balanced.

No Glass or Food
No glass containers, bottles, or food in or near the hot tub area.

Proper Attire Only
Appropriate swimwear is required. No oils, lotions, or bubble bath products.

Cover After Use
Always replace and secure the hot tub cover after use to maintain water temperature and safety.

No Horseplay or Diving
No jumping, standing, diving, or rough play in or around the hot tub.

No glass containers near the pool or hot tub.
Any damage or misuse of pool or hot tub equipment resulting in repair costs will be the guest’s responsibility.

Report Issues Immediately
If the water appears cloudy, dirty, or the hot tub is not functioning properly, stop use and contact the host right away.

Hot Tub Disclaimer:
By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept all risks associated with its use and agree that the host is not liable for injury, illness, or loss.

Smoking & Substances
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas
• No illegal substances allowed on the property

Smoking inside the home will result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees.

Cleanliness & Excessive Cleaning

Standard cleaning is included.
If the home requires excessive cleaning (including but not limited to pet hair, stains, spills, trash, bodily fluids, or strong odors), additional fees may apply.

Please keep the home in reasonable condition during your stay.

Appliances & Property Care
• Please turn off all the lights indoor and outdoor and appliances when not in use.
• Do not move furniture
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.


Check-Out Instructions
Check in time at 3pm. Check-out time 11am.
• Place used towels in the bathroom. There are extra towels placed in the closet across the guest bathroom.
• Wash any used dishes or load dishwasher.
• Remove trash to designated bin.
Late check-out without approval may result in additional fees.
