Features a bunk bed with full and twin bed and 55” flat screen smart TV.

Guest bath features a large floor to ceiling luxurious shower with stunning frameless glass door. Cozy, but well laid out with beautiful chrome accents for the lush spa feel

The main living space is a place of tranquility and peace. A large sectional and dining room table along with a simple design really brings a Zen feeling to the space.
● FAMILY ROOM
The family room has a huge leather couch with a bit more of a party vibe. The wet bar and mini fridge along with the high-top table and a Large 65” smart TV invites you to pour yourself a cocktail and relax! It’s always 5’oclock at "The Retreat”

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the bells and whistles to enjoy your stay. The open floor plan and huge island provide the perfect entertainment destination.
● BACKYARD/PRIVATE HEATED SWIMMING POOL
The backyard has many amenities and is a spot to relax. Lots of wide-open space with 3 separate seating areas and newly installed artificial turf. The pool is beautiful and so inviting, bring your floaty! Outdoor gas grill available for use.
● LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is fully equipped and has a sink to wash out the sand from the daily beach trips. Oh, did I mention the beach is ten minutes away?

One car garage. Driveway has space for up to 5 vehicles.

●In addition, one quality inflatable queen air mattress is available for guests to use, sleeps up to two.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee, and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.

PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $300 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.

Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.

NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.

SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have ADT home alarm, a ring camera and back yard camera.

NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 penalty for smoking on the premises.

THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold party of any kind on the property. You will register the exact number of guests for your stay. There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM. For partying and disrupting the neighbors we have a $1000 penalty.

PARKING: Only 6 vehicles are allowed at the property. Please do not park on the streets or neighbors lawn.
