NOTE: All Wheel Drive or 4x4 is a MUST HAVE to access this property.  Embrace both nature and luxury in this brand-new vacation rental, complete with unparalleled mountain views, as well as opportunities for adventure and relaxation.  This home boasts panoramic views of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and is a perfect home base for guests who plan to fish or paddle the French Broad River, hike or bike in Dupont State Forest or Pisgah National Forest or explore the beautiful Downtown Brevard.   Summit Retreat is a thoughtfully curated 2-bedroom oasis with 1 bathroom and accommodates up to 4 guests, plus your furry friend!  The first bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second bedroom includes 2 twin-sized beds.  Each bedroom has a Smart TV.  The shared bathroom is complete with a large, tiled shower and single sink vanity.  The open living area features another large Smart TV, modern and comfortable seating, and board games for winding down in the evenings.  The kitchen features butcherblock countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and windows showcasing the magnificent views.   The outdoor space at Summit Retreat is what sets this property apart.  The large, covered deck is complete with a large table and comfortable seating, so guests can sip their morning coffee, relax after a day of local adventures, or enjoy the spectacular sunset views while dining al fresco on a meal prepared on the provided gas grill.  Additionally, the homeowner is sharing access to the hiking trails on the property - ideal for guests who want to adventure without leaving the mountain! The road up the mountain to the property is gravel and narrow.  Additionally, a full flight of stairs are required to access the home.  The garage below the home stays locked and is not available to guests.
