The Space:

Capturing sweeping vistas, this property offers generous living over two levels. Spacious open-plan living flows to a sun-soaked deck - ideal for entertaining or simply soaking in the stunning surrounds. A gas fire along with a stairway heat pump provide ambience & warmth all year round. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate laundry complete the lower level of this comfortably laid out home.



Upstairs, a second lounge delivers an elevated vantage point with even more breathtaking views. A generous north-facing balcony along with a smaller west-facing balcony are perfect locations to enjoy the majestic views. A spacious master bedroom with an ensuite completes the upper level.

Enjoy a short drive or scenic walk to the village center, where you’ll find local cafés, restaurants, and shops. The Church of the Good Shepherd and the famous Tekapo Springs are nearby, along with countless stargazing spots under Tekapo’s world-renowned dark skies. A perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Mackenzie Region.



Getting Around:

🚗 Lake Tekapo is best explored by car, with most attractions just a few minutes away. The village center, lakefront, and local cafés are within a short drive or a pleasant walk from the house. There’s free parking on-site, and plenty of scenic roads nearby to explore the Mackenzie Region, including Lake Pukaki, Mount Cook, and Tekapo Springs.

-Treat yourself to an in house massage during your Tekapo stay. Exclusive to Ohana guests, this is an easy way to relax without leaving your room. Sessions are $90 per hour and available on request, with limited daily time slots so booking ahead is recommended.
