« Everline was breathtaking! So much to do for the kids in a gorgeous setting. The pools and hot tubs were amazing and my kids especially loved the soccer field. Perfect to relax and unwind after a day of adventure in Tahoe! 10/10 recommend. Would definitely go back! »

« Contact with the owner was quick and easy. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants. The place itself is very convenient, but parking is only available for hours when you check in and out, unlike a regular hotel: if you check in at 3:00 PM, you can park your car at 10:00 AM, and this very important detail isn't mentioned anywhere. The same goes for...

« What went well: Closer to Kings Beach, surrounded by trees, ample car parking space, nice pool, and clubhouse. The kitchen was good. What needs improvement: The property is not up to the mark for the price paid. I have stayed in other places that were even better for 3/4 of the price I paid here. Very congested studio room. 1 bunk bed, and it was suffocating. The couch in the living room was not comfortable at all; it kept moving and caused discomfort. When I entered the house, it was too cold,...

« We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host was always available for questions or concerns. Unfortunately, a lot of the amenities at the resort were closed which we were not aware of until checking in. For example, the slide was closed, the recreation area was closed, and the resort was out of a lot of products/food/drinks. »

« The host was very communicative up to the reservation, the front desk was very helpful and check in was smooth and the property is amazing. »

« It was our 45th anniversary and we came up from San Jose for a nice getaway. Our 3 night stay in May was so nice! Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. Breakfast at Cornerstone Bakery Cafe in Truckee which was delicious. We had a sweet stop at the Log Cabin Ice Cream shop in Kings Beach. We ate a lot at the condo because it was so well set up and relaxing. I think anyone would be happy with...

« Our stay was great! The room is a basic hotel room. It did have a mini fridge which was not listed on the amenities but was great because we were traveling with a baby. The room provided great views of the putting green/golf course and mountains. Only downfall of the room was it was a “connecting” room and unfortunately the people who stayed next to us were extremely loud/yelling during late hours of the night and early morning. Other than that the property is beautiful and every staff member is...

« Nice place! Communication with the host was excellent. If you are short, be aware the bed is tall. Comfortable but too tall to sit on to put your socks on. Would not stop me from staying there again. didn't use the pool but I have to rate it to post this. »

« Great location. First floor condo 3-minute walk to Northstar Village. Brand new walking & biking trail another 2-3 minute walk from this condo. »
