Cozy ADK Home by Lake

Nestled in the quaint village of Speculator, NY by Lake Pleasant, this cozy retreat is perfect for your Adirondack getaway! Just 5 minutes from Oak Mountain and 40 minutes from Gore Mountain, our cozy home is the perfect base for outdoor adventures year-round. Whether you're into skiing, snowmobiling, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, or simply relaxing, this space offers it all.

- 3 spacious bedrooms: 8 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests. 3 queen beds, 2 extra-long single beds, and 3 full futons (2 in game room, 1 in bedroom).
- Living Room: SmartTV, furnace, and designated workstation.
- Game Room: pool table and ping-pong.
- Backyard: deck, grill, outdoor seating, and firepit (note: firewood not provided, but there are plenty of places in the area that supply it. Please also note guests might have to fill up propane tank for grill if empty).
- Public lake access just a 3 minute drive from the property.
- Easy and direct access to the snowmobiling trails on Lake Pleasant. A snowmobiling rental is also right down the street.
- Please note that the driveway can squeeze about 5 cars (depending on size). Extra cars can park on the lawn on the right hand side of the property (away from the neighbor). There is also one spot on the left hand side. Do not park in the street.

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including the deck, grill, and firepit. The garage/shed is off limits.

***HOUSE RULES***
- Late departure will result in an additional fee. Kindly check out on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest.
- We kindly ask that you sort your trash and recyclables using the designated bins. Cardboard should not be mixed with other recyclables and should be in their own bags. If waste is left unsorted and not in closed bags, an additional charge will apply.
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
- No smoking of any kind inside the house.
- Please don't eat in the bedrooms. We are working vigorously to keep little critters out.
- No pets.
- The garage is off limits.
- No house parties.
- No unexpected guests.
- Private beach is off limits and for residents only. Please use the public beach, which is just a 3 minute drive from the property. A $250 fine will apply if caught using the private beach.
- Please be respectful of the locals. Fees will be charged if there are disturbances in the neighborhood.
