Walk to Downtown Lake Placid: 3BR Condo, Fireplace & Woodland Views

Make yourself at home in our quiet three-bedroom Lake Placid condo, about a five-minute walk from downtown restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and stores. Spend your days exploring the Adirondacks and your evenings together by the wood-burning fireplace, with woodland views from the living room. This is our family's vacation home, lovingly prepared to share with you. The kitchen, living room, and bedrooms were renovated in May 2022, followed by the bathrooms in June 2024.

ROOM TO RELAX
The living room has comfortable seating, a TV, a record player, books, and board games. Large windows frame the woodland views; the living-room windows do not have blinds. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and a workspace in a common area. Window air conditioning, ceiling fans, and electric baseboard heating help keep you comfortable.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home accommodates a maximum of eight guests. • Bedroom 1: one queen bed • Bedroom 2: one queen bed • Bedroom 3: one bunk bed with two beds, one double and one single • Living room: a full-size sofa bed. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

TWO FULL BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have showers and toilets; neither has a bathtub. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your stay.

COOK AND DINE TOGETHER
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, utensils, dishes, and silverware. Make coffee with the drip coffee maker or Keurig. The dining table seats six.

YOUR OWN OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the private deck with outdoor seating, a dining table, umbrella, and charcoal grill. The building entryway is shared with the neighboring unit; the deck and the condo's living spaces are for your use.

LOCATION AND PARKING
Downtown Lake Placid is about five minutes away on foot, with views of Mirror Lake as you round the corner toward Main Street. Walking makes it easy to enjoy town without searching for downtown parking. Free on-site parking is available, with an approximately 80-foot walkway between the parking area and our unit. There are no stairs inside the home.

GUEST ACCESS AND ARRIVAL
You have access to the entire home except one locked section of the cabinet beneath the coffee area. Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Check-in is after 4 p.m.; checkout is before 11 a.m. The home sits on a side street, so please review the arrival directions we send before your stay.

PLEASE NOTE
We do not supply firewood, charcoal, or kitchen consumables. If supplies have been left from a previous stay, you are welcome to use them. No pets, smoking, parties, or events are allowed. Please avoid bleach, peroxide, or other staining or bleaching products on linens and surfaces; damage may incur replacement costs. Turn things off before departure. Our cleaning fee goes entirely to a local housekeeper, supporting a living wage and the Lake Placid community. Short-term rental license: 2006-STR-0847.
