Nestled amongst live oaks and tropical palms, the barn inspired house will make you feel miles away from civilization, while only being a mile from the businesses of Lake Placid, Florida. The property has so much to offer to keep the entire family entertained. The inside features a great place to entertain the adults in the fully stocked kitchen attached to the lakeside dining room and den with fireplace, while the kids are playing in game room over the garage that has lots of board games, video games, foosball, ping pong, and card table. Step outside past the fire pit to the lush landscape and onto the wooden dock and grab a fishing pole to catch some trophy bass or bring your own boat (or use the provided kayaks) and enjoy water sports activities and swimming in the beautiful waters of the 680 acre Lake Huntley.

The barnhouse features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, wi-fi and smart TV, a cozy living room, lakefront dining room and family room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, covered back porch overlooking beautiful Lake Huntley, and a game room over the garage.

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Vacuum, broom, and mop provided.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all the kitchen tools you’ll need to prepare a lovely meal to enjoy in the dining room or al fresco on the back porch.
