Inside, the home features a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and comfortable family room with a couch (converts to a full bed), power recliner, flat screen TV and electric fireplace. The back family room also includes a flat-screen TV, bunk bed, and desk. You'll find a billiards table in the game room and dart board in the garage for indoor entertainment, along with an assortment of board games.

YouTube TV is included on all four flat screen TVs throughout the home.

The home sleeps nine with three bedrooms. Two with queen sized beds, a third with a bunk bed (full & twin mattress), plus a convertible couch in the family room. The house has three full bathrooms. Or get away and work remotely with high speed WIFI and an office with a desk and office chair.

As for the screened-in lanai, it's more than just an outdoor space. This haven includes plush seating perfect for reading or sipping your morning coffee, a hot tub for ultimate relaxation, a tiki bar with barstools and outdoor fridge ready for happy hour, a Weber grill, firepit table, and an outdoor smart TV.
