« This 5 bedroom house in Arnold Park was very cute and has everything your would need to stay there comfortably. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were set. We would stay there again! »

« The master bathroom door does not close. The couch was full of crumbs. Under the couch cushions was very dirty. The fan for the air was very loud. We still had a great time. The fire pit was a lot of fun. We had room for everyone which was nice »

Since losing our prior Okoboji weekend location of 25+ years, we have found that the Stay Properties are very accommodating to our needs. They are in the same neighborhood we are used to, comfortable and clean. We look forward to staying again next year. »

« The property is very nice and it is a prime location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (Arnold's Park, Restaurants, Bars, Marina). When we got to the condo it was clean. There was a miscommunication between the cleaning person and the manger. I called the manager to let them know the situation and they were there right away to get everything clean. »
