Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the waterfront view OR watch your favorite game on TV from our oversized screened-in patio. This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium that sleeps 7. Located in the peaceful, family-friendly complex of Bristol Bay.

Comforts and Convenience!

This lakefront property is sufficiently furnished with comfortable and quality furniture to relax and unwind. The spacious living area is lined with massive windows giving a view of the water from every angle. A few more steps and you can catch your favorite show or ball game on our screened-in patio with its own TV.

Leaving bed is optional for a great view of the lake. This master bedroom features a second sliding glass door that leads to the balcony, taking coffee in bed to the next level. Add in a king bed and private bathroom, and this is sure to be the perfect relaxing vacation.

Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, and a TV with Roku.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-sized bed, a twin bed, a closet, and a TV with Roku.

With a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill, this condo meets all your indoor and outdoor cooking needs. Woods Grocery and Hy-Vee are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, there are great restaurants nearby such as Angel's Mexican Restaurant, The Tavern on HH (fine dining), The Office (bar/restaurant), and for breakfast, you must try the Rusty Rooster.

To make your stay more enjoyable, we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply bed linens, bath towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a washer and dryer for your extended stays.

Don't forget your swimsuit, as a guest of Bristol Bay you have access to the waterfront pool!

Garage: We have a 10x20 garage available for an added fee for those who don't want to let their car of motorcycle sit outside.

BOAT SLIP: 12x30 available for an additional fee

*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence

*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees

*Guest responsible for any damages they cause

*Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 9:00am

*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend

*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
