Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age and identity for all bookings.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A $50 daily pet fee and a signed pet agreement are required. Unauthorized pets will incur additional charges.

Parking: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please do not park in unmarked or restricted areas.

Community Rules: Located in the Village of Four Seasons, this home is part of a private residential community. All local rules are posted on-site and in the property guidebook, and must be followed at all times.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of all future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule.
No Parties or Unregistered Guests Policy This property has a strict no party and no unregistered guest policy. Gatherings, events, or additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstances. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund, and all guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.
