• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.

• Portable crib, high chair, air fryer, griddle, and pool floats available.

• Community amenities: pool, hot tub, gym, meeting room, commercial ice machine, gas grills, pizza oven, and fire pit.

• Guests do not have access to the community docks, and no boat slips are included with the rental or available for rent.
