Lakefront Oasis w/ Private Dock + Paddle Boards
Summary:
The Solstice is your front-row seat to summer at Lake of the Ozarks. This true waterfront home features a private dock with boat slip, 4 paddle boards, three king bedrooms, a bunk room for the crew, and space for up to 10 guests. Bring your boat, bring your dog, and spend sun-soaked days on the water followed by golden-hour dinners by the lake. Designed for families and friend groups who want the ultimate boating getaway.
The Space:
There’s something about lake summers that feels timeless.
Bare feet on warm dock boards. The hum of a boat pulling away at sunrise. Laughter echoing across the water as the sky turns pink.
At The Solstice, the lake isn’t just nearby — it’s your backyard.
This 1,900 sq ft waterfront home was designed for movement between indoors and out. Mornings start slow with coffee and calm water views. Afternoons are for tying up the boat, jumping in, floating longer than planned. Evenings bring grilled dinners, full tables, and stories that get better every year.
With three king bedrooms, there’s space for the adults to spread out comfortably — no one gets stuck in the “small room.” The bunk room turns into mission control for kids or late-night board game tournaments.
And because this is Lake of the Ozarks, the real luxury is simple:
You have your own dock.
Your own boat slip.
4 paddle boards for your group's use.
Your own stretch of summer.
Bring the jet skis. Bring the dog. Bring the friends who always say “we need to do this every year.”
This is that house.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite
King bed with ensuite bathroom. Quiet, comfortable, and ideal for early risers who want first light over the water.
Bedroom 2 – King Bedroom
Spacious king bed perfect for couples or adults who want real sleeping space — not an afterthought.
Bedroom 3 – King Bedroom
Another full king setup so no one has to compromise.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Room
Two bunk beds — perfect for kids, cousins, or the “last ones to bed” crew.
Sleeps up to 10 comfortably.
Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the home, outdoor spaces, and private dock with boat slip. This is not a shared lakefront — the dock is yours during your stay.
Parking available on site for multiple vehicles (ideal for truck + boat trailer setups).
The Neighborhood:
The Solstice sits in the heart of the Lake Ozark area, just minutes from lake-accessible restaurants, boating hotspots, and marinas.
You’re a short drive from:
- Margaritaville Lake Resort
- Osage Beach shopping & dining
- Golf courses and family attractions around Lake of the Ozarks
- Bagnell Dam strip
Summer is peak season here (June–September), when boating, wake surfing, and dock-hopping define the energy of the lake. Spring and early fall offer quieter water and beautiful sunset cruising.
This is a boating community first — guests without lake plans may miss the magic.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for groceries and exploring local attractions.
Boat access is a major advantage — many restaurants and bars are accessible directly by water during peak season. If your group has a boat, this location becomes a true launch point for the entire lake.
Other Things to Note:
Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.
We welcome your furry friends! A pet fee of $100 per pet per stay applies.
We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions. You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.
PADDLE BOARD RULES
Setup
1. Verify that paddle boards have all parts. Each board has:
a. Safety strap attached to board.
b. Bag containing the following:
i. 3 fins (2 small, 1 large)
ii. 1 paddle – packed in cloth bag
iii. 1 dry bag for phone
iv. 1 pump – packed in cloth bag
v. 1 gray strap for board when deflated + repair kit
2. Ensure that paddle board is inflated between 12–15 psi.
3. Install 3 fins on back of board – big fin goes in middle.
4. Assemble paddle.
5. Select appropriate size life jacket from the wall. NOTE: Even if you think you do not need a life jacket, emergencies happen. We require you bring the appropriate size life jacket with you.
6. Enjoy your adventure!
Disassembly
* $50 charge for any item not put back as instructed *
1. Remove fins from bottom of board and put back in bag.
2. Disassemble paddle and put back in cloth bag, then into the equipment bag.
3. Slightly deflate the paddle board so it doesn’t pop while not in use. This gives the board room to expand.
4. Hang life jacket back up on hooks.
5. Double check that all equipment has made its way back into the bag.
NOTE: There will be a $50 fee for every missing item. Any paddle, fin, life jacket, or other items from Section 1b will be checked at every turn and fees will be charged as noted. Missing or damaged paddle boards will result in a $750 fine.
