Welcome to Sunset Retreat, a bright, spacious 2,500 sq ft home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living areas so your group of up to 10 has plenty of room to spread out.



Bedrooms

- Primary Suite: King bed, premium bedding, walk-in closet, and a smart TV.

- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, and a ceiling fan.

- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, soft linens, and a roomy closet.

- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds and closet space, ideal for kids.

- Bonus Room: A flexible extra space perfect for overflow sleeping, play time, or a quiet retreat.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms equipped with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.



Living and Dining

With two separate living rooms and dining areas, your group will never feel cramped. Enjoy an open-concept layout, comfortable seating, and smart TVs with streaming. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to catch up on work.



Kitchen

A fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher). We provide pots, pans, full utensil sets, and a stocked coffee bar so you have everything needed to cook and serve the whole crew.



Outdoor Space

The huge, fully fenced backyard is perfect for lawn games, BBQs, or letting the dogs run off-leash. Pets are welcome.



Laundry and Parking

A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Enjoy free, ample driveway parking and easy self check-in via smart lock.



Extra Sleeping Arrangements

If you need additional sleeping space, we can provide a high-quality air mattress upon request. Just let us know when booking and we will have it set up for your arrival.

You're 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford, where brick-lined streets meet Lake Monroe and the 5-mile RiverWalk. Start mornings at Caffe Di Riverwalk for coffee with a lake view, grab handcrafted ice cream at Wondermade, or hit the Saturday Farmers Market in Magnolia Square.



Cast a line on Lake Monroe (one of Florida's top largemouth bass lakes), rent a kayak, take an airboat tour to spot manatees and gators, or sail with U-SAIL of Central Florida.



By night, dig into schnitzel at Hollerbach's German pub or sip your way through Sanford's award-winning craft breweries — Sanford Brewing, Deviant Wolfe, Wop's Hops, Dees Brothers. Bring the kids to the Central Florida Zoo, splash pad at Fort Mellon Park, or stroll the riverwalk at sunset.



When you're ready for the parks, you're 10 minutes to Orlando-Sanford International Airport, about an hour to Walt Disney World, 40 minutes to Universal and Epic Universe, and under an hour to Cocoa Beach. Mayfair Country Club is a 14-minute walk for golfers, and Wekiwa Springs is 35 minutes away for swimming and hiking.

THIS SEASON

Halloween Horror Nights at Universal runs through Nov 1, and EPCOT Food & Wine runs through Nov 21. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is on select nights Nov 8 through Dec 22. Car people: the Daytona Turkey Run is Nov 25-29 over Thanksgiving weekend. Closer to home, the Sanford Parade of Lights rolls through downtown on Dec 12, about 5 minutes away.
