Two floors means your group has ample space to spread out and relax. First floor is all fun - professional projector and large couch for movie nights, arcade games, pool table, and karaoke machines. Upstairs, you’ll find the adventure continues - another cozy lounge and TV nook with stunning vaulted ceilings and large picture windows plus a poker table, record player and bar.

Truth is, you'll be living on the decks (one on each floor)! Have a quiet morning moment and soak in the views, fire up the grill for an epic feast, then soak in the massive 8-person hot tub under the stars. Rain or shine, the expansive decks are your go-to spot for relaxation and fun.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Wildview Retreat is self check-in and self check-out.

CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared the House for your visit! Wildview Retreat is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.

MONITORING: To protect our guests and the house, Wildview Retreat has a camera installed at the front door ONLY. We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front door. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. Content is not shared with third parties unless required by insurance or law.

INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances. We strictly abide by our cancellation policy if you decide to cancel. If you are interested in travel insurance, two possible options may include InsureMyTrip and Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection. We do not have any affiliation or specific recommendation for these vendors.

NATURE: Please be aware Lake Lure is in the foothills of the mountains and as such there may be some unique natural experiences, including friendly lady bugs (sometimes coming inside to say hi) or bear sightings.
