We choose this property for my mother’s birthday. We had plans to visit Biltmore for the day and had a quick two night stay here. The only issue we encountered was some technical difficulties with keyless entry. The property was extremely clean and very well organized. We loved sitting out on the porch, and appreciated the many throw blankets! The Checkout process was seamless. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was a fantastic home away from home! It has incredible mountain views, is private and quiet, has a beautiful deck with gas firepit, well appointed kitchen, comfy furniture both inside and out, everything was clean, and we didn't have to buy any laundry/dishwasher detergents and came with starter shampoo & conditioner. There was even a cupboard full of spices which made meal prep great and having Ingles grocery store just down the road was a great benefit. I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to get my exercise and we loved the deck!

This house is situated in a great location. It's within a gated community, quiet, and has amazing views of the mountains. The house had everything we needed and there's a grocery store near by. Checking in was easy - within 24 hours of arrival you'll receive two codes, one for the gate to enter the community and one for the house. You enter the house from the side door as the front door doesn't have a keyless entry. This house was clean, spacious, and comfortable for us. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Mill Spring/Lake Lure area or attending an event at Serenity Ridge, which is 5 minutes away.

it was a majestic stay. The house is cute with windows galore. There is a perfect view no matter where one chooses to sit.. and there are PLENTY of options! The house is brand new, and is quite welcoming. Each bedroom is attached to its own bathroom. The patio/deck area had a table and chairs to eat on, a lounging set, rocking chairs, a grill and more cushions for more chairs. There was an area with a fire pit, firewood and .... a nice variety of birds for those who enjoy nature.. it's perfect. The house is in a gated community, it's very quiet, very peaceful. It's perfect to unplug, but it surprisingly had great wifi and cell service. The kitchen was fully stocked ( even with an air fryer!) and the decor was modern mountain. The hosts are so thoughtful, with a binder of instructions and recommendations. There was even a supermarket discount card that was left for Ingles which is about a mile away. Coffees, teas, toaster, blender.. the only thing that was missing was a tea kettle. Games.. there is a pin ball machine, all kinds of puzzles, and board games. It was an invitation to bring the kid back to life. The check in process, after going through a security check after our arrival was smooth. In terms of cleanliness.... 10/10! I had brought my own cleaning supplies, but everything was provided. I really felt like I was in my own home away from home. Thank you.

Beautiful home with an amazing view! Close proximity to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. Check in was fast and easy. Property was easily accessible with a minivan. We will definitely be returning!
