« Had a great stay at The Mark. Nice surprise with the dog run. Fur babies enjoyed that. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. Short walk to the beach or if you get a permit, can drive on the beach. Surfside beach is always great. I only live an hour away so I get to visit often, but it was nice to be able to spend a few days just relaxing and soaking up the sun whenever I felt like it. You won't be disappointed with any of the apartments. »

« We all felt the host supplied extra items that would not necessarily been found in most places. For example:feminine products and coffee pods are not normally found in these types of rental units. Had some trouble with the uploading of documents into the vrbo website and phone app. The host was very quick to answer mails regarding the issue. »

« The K- cup coffee machine did not work. The condo smelled like urine. The couch was the source of the smell. We had trouble getting TV to work. The condo could have been cleaner but I think the smell was the worse. We got reported for noise and the person also called police. We found out it was the tenant under us that had also reported other renters. I have stayed at Maravilla but not gone through stay porter (Vurbo) . I will make sure I don’t use this property management again. »
