« I had an amazing experience with this host! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, and well-organized. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything I needed. The host went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and even offered great local recommendations. Communication was fast and friendly the whole time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Lake havasu. »

« Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, grande, très fonctionnelle, et très propre, Mary a pensé à nous laissé des équipements de premières nécessités comme de la lessive, sel, poivre et café, etc ..........très appréciable quand on arrive. nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine car le temps n'était vraiment pas très chaud. « We stayed here last year and had to book our annual memorial trip back at the house! The house is beautiful, spacious, kitchen is stocked with all the things you need! having the pool was great to come back to after a day on the lake! The house is in nice neighborhood, quiet. Lisa was wonderful, and helpful anytime I had a question, she was quick to reply! We will definitely be booking more trips to stay! »

We never thought we could love a house more! it was super clean and all our kids aged 14-19 loved it! very comfortable, great view, awesome use of space. the house was so immaculate and clean!!! we will keep coming back. « This home as everything as listed and some that are not. And the beds and pillows are as high-end as the other amenities. Lots of parking!! Close to absolutely everything yet on a quiet high-end street with awesome neighbors! I sure hope this place is available again for my next trip to Havasu! Everything is literally perfect! »

Two 36" tv bed room , living room. Great view of lake (request)/ patio and chairsby frontdoor.Pool, jacuzzi and bbq clean. Boat storage 5 minutes away in a fenced area w/ code. Down the street is ice ,gas, and Windsor Launch ramps to main entrance day pass $20. Enjoy! »

« If you are staying in Lake Havasu then this is your spot. We come to Havasu about once every other year to meet up with friends from CA. There are 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 teens and we were all very comfortable. The condo is very clean, decorated nicely, the kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and even a few extra things that you might have forgotten. Ryan was great at communication and patient with all my questions. It's an awesome...
