Master Bedroom: Features a plush king bed and an attached private bathroom

Guest Rooms: Located on the opposite wing of the home

One room offers two queen beds

Two rooms feature a queen bed each, with single trundle beds underneath

All beds are adorned with new deluxe linens, extra throw blankets, and fluffy pillows

Each bedroom includes a TV with streaming capabilities for your personal accounts

The open-concept kitchen is perfect for entertaining — prepare meals while engaging with family and friends. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, this space makes home-cooked meals easy and enjoyable.

Pool is not heated — please enjoy it as-is, especially under the Arizona sun! ☀️

Pool equipment- do not move or tamper with pool equipment $500-$1000 fee will be applied


No animals allowed — this is a hypoallergenic home curated for guests with sensitivities.

Strictly no parties — we’ve thoughtfully designed this space to be clean, serene, and luxurious. If you`re looking to host events or large gatherings, this home may not be the right fit.

Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization. Any excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.

Back slider must remain closed when the wood-burning fire pit is in use. This keeps the smoke smell from entering the home.

Pool Sweep Caution: If you`d like to remove the sweep, please disconnect it properly. Letting it suck air while attached can damage the pump and result in costly fees.

No glass is permitted in the pool area — for your safety, we’ve provided durable plastic drinkware.
