Excellent stay! Very clean, new remodel, great layout, very spacious, and easy access to everything in town. Needed a place to stay with my dog and this was it! Easy to clean up with all amenities provided. Linda is very kind and a pleasure to talk with! We will be staying here again in the near future! This very large 2 bed, 2 bath won't let you down! Thank you Linda for a great weekend with my dog!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with the bare minimum but it's also a new rental so that is to be expected. We loved our stay! If I could leave a suggestion it would be more pots/pans, kitchen supplies, Pacnplay, and a small bucket of kids toys/board games. People come to spend time at the lake so large items like folding beach chairs, towels or an umbrella would be so nice! Thanks for letting us stay :)

Havasu vibes ✊🏾

The place was very nice and convenient. Very quiet neighborhood. I definitely will be coming back. Clean quiet and safe . I was very satisfied and would recommend this place to stay. You can see the lake from the driveway. I didn't want to complain because I enjoyed the place so much especially the kitchen. Since the place is pet friendly when I laid in the bed I had dog hairs in my clothes so I needed a lent roller to get them off. That was the only thing that bothered me . I just pulled off the cover and sheet and used the extra that was in the closet. Other than that it was a great time and a enjoyable stay overall and I still would stay there again.

Booked this as it was listed a pet friendly. It was and had a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run. Not huge but appreciated. Property is new and clean but lacks the amenities needed for longer than an overnight stay. We booked 14 days and had to buy the following for the kitchen. Chef knife, can opener, measuring spoon, measuring cup. Etc. cleaning supplies were minimal with no vacuum or swiffer for marble floors. There was a couple working on 2 units maybe the owner but never really interacted with us. 3 rd day we discovered that the dishwasher wasn’t filling and called the evolve agent to report but never got a call back and dishwasher is still broke. Bottom line this place and location have a lot of potential if rental agent does their job and makes sure it is fully outfitted.
