The back yard has been transformed into a waterside oasis complete with a sparkling inground pool adorned with waterfall and travertine tile, a bubbling spa, built-in kitchen and bar area with grill and TV, and plenty of comfortable seating options in both sun and shade for lounging and al fresco dining. As day after perfect day winds down, soak in the panoramic vistas of the sun setting over the lake as you enjoy an evening glass of wine in the company of loved ones.



Venturing beyond the home, within 10 minutes you can be at the shores of the city’s namesake lake to enjoy water-themed activities on the clear waters or relax on sandy beaches, taking a swim to cool off from the peak desert heat. Take some time to explore the iconic and historic London Bridge or take a stroll along the Bridgewater Channel lined with shops, restaurants, and scenic views. Nature lovers will relish in the abundance of opportunities to hike or bike through scenic trails of the surrounding desert landscapes, including those of SARA Park and the Havasu National Wildlife Refuge. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with street parking available for an additional 1-2 vehicles. The garage is not accessible to guests.

• A starter supply of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent will be provided. Please plan ahead for longer stays.

• Spa Heating fee of $15.00 applies after 3 hours of use. During winter months, pool heating cost is $350.

• This home is equipped with 4 external security cameras for security purposes only. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front entry. The second is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the driveway area. The third is located on the side of house (left side walkway), actively monitoring side walkways. The fourth is located on the side of house (right side walkway), actively monitoring the walkway.
