The home features a large chef’s kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or host family and friends. The open-concept layout flows into a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room, making it the perfect gathering space. Relax on the cozy seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the 75-inch Smart Roku TV.

The primary suite offers a king-size bed, dresser, massage chair, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A 58-inch Smart Roku TV provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a 58-inch Smart Roku TV.

The third bedroom is ideal for families or children, offering a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin daybed, and a 32-inch Smart Roku TV.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, BBQ grill, covered patio, outdoor dining, and plenty of space to enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

Booking Requirements

*The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
*No third-party bookings are permitted. The guest making the reservation must be staying at the property.
*Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

Quiet Hours

Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

*Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
*No amplified music after 8:00 PM.
*Parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.

Exterior Security Cameras

For the safety of our guests and the protection of the property, there are four exterior security cameras:

*Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance.
*Driveway and garage camera.
*Backyard camera facing the pool and patio.
*Camera monitoring the pool equipment.

All cameras record on motion only and are in place for safety, security, and liability purposes. There are no interior cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Pool & Spa

A Pool & Spa Liability Waiver must be signed prior to using the pool or spa. No Exceptions! Please sign and send to your host via the Vrbo App.

Please note:

*The pool has built-in entry steps and is not suitable for diving.
*Guests are not permitted to operate, adjust, or tamper with the pool equipment, spa controls, timers, valves, or the propane tank. If you need assistance with the pool or spa, please contact the host.
*No glass containers are permitted in or around the pool or spa.
*Please help keep the pool area clean by disposing of trash properly.
*The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday through the side gate. Service typically takes only a few minutes and should not interrupt your stay.

Pool & Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating are NOT included in your reservation and are available for an additional fee. Heating is paid separately from your booking. If you would like to add pool or spa heating, please contact your host through the Vrbo app, by phone, or by text.

*Pool Heating: Approximately $195 per day (actual propane usage varies based on outdoor temperature, desired water temperature, and length of heating). Please provide 12–14 hours’ notice prior to arrival if you would like the pool heated.
*Spa Heating: $50 for up to 8 hours. Advance notice is not required, as the spa heats in approximately 45–60 minutes.
*The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time, as they operate on the same heating system.
*Heated pool is typically recommended during November through April and is generally unnecessary from May through October.

Massage Chair

The primary suite includes a massage chair for adult guests to enjoy.

*Children are not permitted to use, climb on, or play with the massage chair.
*The massage chair is not a toy and should only be used as intended.
*Any damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.

Pets

Sorry, this property is not pet-friendly.

Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may incur additional charges. If you’re traveling with a pet, please contact us about our other pet-friendly properties.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outdoors, away from the home only with all doors and windows closed. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

BBQ Grill

The BBQ grill operates on propane.

We do our best to keep the propane tank full. If it runs out during your stay, simply refill the tank, send us the receipt, and we will promptly reimburse you.

Please clean the BBQ grill after each use.

Garage Access

Guests have full access to the garage. However:

*One storage room in the garage, secured behind a tarp, is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.
*The storage cabinets in the garage are also reserved for owner use only.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these private storage areas.
