We have rented many houses in Havasu over the past 25 years and the Avalon Oasis definitely checked all the boxes and by far has exceeded all of them. The home was immaculate upon our arrival, is well appointed with nice furniture and comfortable beds, very well stocked and organized kitchen and bathrooms, and owner Chrissi stayed in contact with us although we never had a need to contact her with any problems. The pool was pristine and the patio was very clean wirh plenty of furniture. Also the Casita served us well as a seperate and quiet haven for our daughters young family. So happy that we found the Avalon Oasis and hope to return next year.

We loved our stay! The house was fully stocked and in a great location. Everything appeared to be clean and in working condition. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. The hot tub was a huge hit and the pool would have been great if the weather would have been nicer. Definitely would stay here again.

This place was amazing close to everything. The house was very clean and the pool was awesome. My grandkids loved this house. And the guest house was awesome. Having that attached to hear made it so much easier especially when you have your parents with you.

I stay at this Oasis at least once a year (8 times since 2023) because from the moment you walk in you feel the vibe of this place. This was a girls trip and as always we enjoy every inch of the house. We rarely leave because it’s such a pleasure to stay here. The house is big enough for us to entertain ourselves. We have breakfast and dinner “alfresco style” while our tunes play throughout the house and on the patio. The scenery is beautiful enough to have a photo shoot too (which we did lol)I promise if you stay here it won’t disappoint. The owners are also super nice and respond quickly if there’s a problem.

I could not have asked for a more perfect property and hosts. My husband and I were visiting my family on the way to his family for his mom's funeral. The hosts were understanding of our situation, kind, and so helpful. The home is beautiful!!! I felt like I was in a resort. We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed food, and friends. The pool room was perfect for my parents to visit and have privacy when us adult children were to much for them. Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay that if we are back in the area we will see if it is available!! Five stars all the way around. Everything was well organized and well explained. Thank you again!
