The space
Great view of the lake and mountains. The home is elevated increasing the view and privacy. There is a king bed in master with good size closet and walk in shower in bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed and the 2nd guest room has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. And for that extra guest, there is a futon in the guest room.

There are TV's in the main living area, master bedroom and the 2nd guest room.

The home has all the standard kitchen appliances and several small kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and many others.

Cable and internet are provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and 2 spaces in the garage.
Other things to note
There is a solar pool heater on the roof that in winter increases the temp by 5-7 degrees, not needed in the summer. Spa heated by propane, guest responsible for propane usage/refill.

The home is slightly elevated to increase the view of the lake. The driveway is fairly long and has an incline but is accessible for boats and trailer access.
