The home was wonderful on the inside, minus the loose door knobs, table chairs, blood on bedroom sheets, as well as leaking kitchen sink. Did i say the pool was dirty, you needed a tetnus shot just to get in the pool. The furniture and concrete were broken around the pool area as well as the waterfall was cracked in the back.to And the outside was horrible, Broken down patio furniture, kids could not play there golf clubs were rusty... overall I wouldn't stay in this home, the cartell member that showed up posing as the maintenance guy was suspect as well.

Making Family Memories

Perfect house for a large family vacation. Everything you need to enjoy the house. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, large kitchen, pool table, darts, poker table, 5 nice size bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, clean and well kept. We have rented this house twice and plan to rent it again.

Lovely Rental

The lake view from this house is amazing (true to posting!!). The layout is very nice for groups with two separate wings of the house. We ran into a few minor issues that the hosts quickly responded to. Kitchen was filled with many appliances, utensils, bowls, etc which is so nice when cooking on-site.Pool/Spa heat worked very well which you don't always get. Would highly recommend this rental!!

Family Thanksgiving

We reserved this place because of hot tub, paid extra for it……didn’t work. The ceiling fans/lights did’ t work either. Just a bunch of little annoyances, House is Great, large rooms, beds were comfortable, nice to have extra refrigerators, views were awesome. We really had a Great Time

Great place!

Beautiful home, loved the two separate hallways with the kitchen in the middle. Had a couple of house cleaning issues the 1st night, there are some repairs that need to be done, but the host was very easy to communicate with. More instructions on what light switch does was would be helpful. We gad a great stay.

Everything we hoped for

It was absolutely wonderful! Every bedroom was spacious and accomodated the different age groups. Plenty of space otherwise, and lots to keep everyone entertained. The house and yard were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were big hits and we all enjoyed putting and hanging around the patio. We never really saw another person other than a work crew across the street, so we played the music loud and danced. It was also a great house for family hide and seek. We simply had a wonderful time. Thank you to our hosts who were more than accomodating, as we left a few things behind and they made sure we were able to get them back. Highly reccomend!

Dream Home

The owners have created a dream home for their guests! They have chosen to provide only the best and highest quality furnishings and toys. The mattresses, towels, and furniture were in excellent condition. The wide assortment of toys allowed our competitive family the opportunity to have a triathlon plus one every night. Darts, sand shuffleboard, golf putting, pool, cards, corn hole, and pool time. This home provides the perfect family fun location. The view from this hilltop home is spectacular all day and night. The backyard is a playground and relaxation zone of paradise. The six (?) high quality TVs were perfect for March Maddness. Just cant say enough nice things about this home and the owners. Thank you for a most memorable 50th anniversary family celebration.

This place was just as advertised. The kitchen was a great place to cook meals and visit with each other. The outdoor space is what sold me on renting this house and it was amazing. Our group has already talked about going back and we will be looking forward to staying here again.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway 2023

Our family met for a Thanksgiving getaway. We loved the property, and it was perfect for our grandchildren ages 8-14. It was very clean and exactly as stated in the description. We cooked our entire stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We did bring a few things with us to be prepared. We will definitely look into returning in the future! Thank you.

Great Family Retreat

Very happy with our home at Lake Havasu. So spacious that we could all either gather or go our separate ways. Location provided amazing sunset views. Host was extremely responsive to any inquiries, which made for a stress free rental.

Perfect Boys Getaway

Me and the buddies had a fantastic weekend getaway here. We used all the kitchen and BBQ amenities. Perfect for wanting to grill your favorites every night. Close enough to go bar hopping and rent a boat for the day and was very accommodating. Thank you!

Loved the layout!

This house is amazing! I fell in love with its layout which accommodates quick access to the pool or garage from anywhere inside the home. I appreciated that the house was as clean and beautiful as presented in the VRBO photos. Also, the host was responsive when needed. Absolutely a great experience for my family and me.
