For high-risk renters, we offer electrostatic sanitation in which the cleaning crew sprays electrostatic ally charged disinfectant which causes the cleaning spray particles to aggressively adhere to surface areas. We also offer fogging disinfecting, which uses a fine mist sprayed on surfaces to kill microorganisms. *Leave all 4 parking passes ( 2 pink, 2 green) hanging on the hook in the foyer area.
*Fireworks are PROHIBITED. The Community is very strict about it, there is 1000$ fine each time.
