This newly revamped mountain home in SPLIT ROCK is the ideal getaway or vacation in the Poconos with a GAME ROOM and FIRE PIT. Close to indoor waterpark, boat tours, golf, skiing & everything Split Rock has to offer. Meticulously appointed, with an open concept living area, a covered porch and large rear deck that overlooks 128 private wooded acres. 5 mins to JACK FROST, 10 mins to Pocono Raceway and Big Boulder Mountain, 25 mins to Tannersville Outlet Mall, Mt Airy Casino & Great Wolf Lodge.

Feel at home with the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, house linens, TV, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. The home features a kitchen with a large breakfast bar that overlooks the great room with a cozy fireplace. With both a dinette and a formal dining room.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The first floor has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom plus two additional bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a one additional bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunkbed, twin bed on top, full bed on bottom and an additional twin bed in the room plus an additional bathroom.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort with access to the entire house and the perfect rear deck! Additional charges are applicable to enjoy the amenities at Split Rock!

We had a great Thanksgiving at your house! The fire pit and pool table were a great hit. My granddaughters loved roaming the property. The house was well stocked for cooking and food stores etc were close by. The beds were comfortable and the house was so clean!

Loved this home! Stayed there for a golf trip, so we absolutely loved the location between Jack Frost and Split Rock. We all had queen size beds to ourselves and all of the amenities were as advertised!

Perfect space for family getaway

This house was perfect for 3 families staying the weekend. We had so much space and the house was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the garbage and the owner communicated quickly and got it fixed right away which we really appreciated. The location was also really nice, would stay again!

Great place in a nice location!

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed to have a nice weekend. Host was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Even had some dish towels sent by Instacart same day. Some of the push in light switches were a bit hard to get to work but not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Very nice getaway @ Lake Harmony

The house was just as advertised. Was clean and spacious. Although we had less than ideal weather for our weekend, there was plenty to keep us happy staying indoors. I would definitely recommend this listing to all interested renters.

Great ski weekend house

We enjoyed a quick ski weekend at Jack Frost Big Boulder at this lovely home one mile from the mountain. Great setup for two families - 9 of us total. We enjoyed the garage amenities with the video games as well as the outdoor fire pit when we got back from the mountain. Beds were very firm (but that’s better than being soft), house was well equipped and having sheets and towels there was a plus.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay weekend stay at this gem! Plenty of space to spread out, games for kids, well-appointed kitchen and bath. Easy access to 2 mountains to maximize skiing and winter fun. Would definitely recommend and return!

Awesome Quick Get-Away

Property is beautiful & most importantly CLEAN! Stocked w/everything you need! We are a family of 8 adults, 3 kids b/t 12 - 9, with plenty of room. Will definitely be coming back next year, as our host, Beatrice was amazing! Beatrice was super helpful when issues arose with our booking. Kept in contact w/me to sort out the problem when it was frustrating as the issue did not get completely resolved until the time we needed to leave our home for our weekend adventure. I MUST SAY VRBO DID NOT HELP SOLVE THIS ISSUE AT ALL!

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful weekend at this rental. The house is just as described and pictured. Decorated modernly with many of the things you’d need for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the game room, deck and fire pit. Our group of six truly enjoyed ourselves and felt right at home. We’re already talking about returning next year. Communication with the host was friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Great family home

This house is very spacious, room for everyone. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. which was great. Plenty of propane available for the gas grill and outdoor gas fireplace. The host replied promptly during our stay, especially about the WiFi outage after a storm. It was hot during our stay so the pool room/garage was a little uncomfortable even with the door open, but we managed. The house is on a busy road so there is traffic. I would highly recommend this home and we will probably return next year.
